Gerät kalibrieren

Vor der Kalibrierung muß der jeweilige Sensor eingelaufen
sein! Einlaufzeit: siehe Sensor-Datenblätter.

Bei einigen Sensoren (z. B. Sauerstoff-Sensoren), erfolgt in
der Funktion »Nullpunkt:« eine Überprüfung des Sensors.
Die Funktion führt nicht zur Kalibrierung, da der Nullpunkt
bei diesen Sensoren nicht kalibriert werden muß.
Reihenfolge beachten!
Zuerst Nullpunkt kontrollieren und bei Korrektur unmittelbar im
Anschluß die Empfindlichkeit überprüfen und gegebenenfalls

justieren.
Niemals Empfindlichkeit vor Nullpunkt kalibrieren.
Zuerst EC-Sensoren, anschließend CA-Sensor kalibrieren.
Für die EC Sensoren:
Nullpunkt und Empfindlichkeit justieren.
Für den CAT Ex Sensor:
Nullpunkt Wärmetönung, Nullpunkt Wärmeleitung und Empfind-
lichkeit Wärmetönung justieren. Empfindlichkeit Wärmeleitung
zusätzlich justieren für Messungen größer 100 % UEG CH

nicht eingestellt sind.

Calibrating the Instrument

Before calibrating, the particular sensor must be completely
warmed up! For the warming-up times: see the Sensor Data
Sheets.

For a few sensors (e. g. oxygen sensors), the sensor is
verified in the »Zero cal:« function but not calibrated, this is
because these sensors do not require a zero calibration.
The following sequence of operations must be followed!
First check the zero value and, in the event of any adjustment,
immediately check the sensor sensitivity and adjust it if
necessary.
Never calibrate the sensitivity before the zero point.
First calibrate the EC sensors, then the CA sensor.
For the EC sensors:
Adjust the zero point and then the sensitivity.
For the CAT Ex sensor:
Adjust the heat-of-reaction zero point, the thermal-conduction
zero point and heat-of-reaction sensitivity. For measurements
