Attach the BETACAM holder kit supplied with the
tuner to the battery adaptor.

Mount the tuner on the battery adaptor.
1 Attach the hook to the bracket.

Connect the tuner power cord to the DC OUT
connector of the DNV-5, and the audio output
cable to the AUDIO IN CH-1 or CH-2 connector.

Connect the audio output connector of the audio
equipment that supplies the line input signal to the
AUDIO IN CH-1 or CH-2 connector.
Set the LINE/MIC/+48
V ON selector for the
appropriate channel
to LINE.

Line input
Set the AUDIO IN
switch for the
appropriate channel
to REAR.
Set the LINE/MIC/+48 V
ON selector for the
appropriate channel to
MIC.
To AUDIO IN
CH-1 or CH-2

for the appropriate
channel to REAR.
