6.3 Constant Lighting Control

This comfort mode of operation is only possible in conjunction with flush-mounted inserts
6590U-103 and 6550U-101. The brightness limit value set on the "Lux" potentiometer, or
controlled via the IR Manual Transmitter, is constantly maintained via the dimming function
of the flush-mounted insert.
• Set the controller on the "Lux" potentiometer to the desired position/brightness value.
• Plug the Presence Detector onto the flush-mounted insert again in order to check the
effect of the brightness value selected. The Presence Detector is completely operable
again one minute after being plugged in.

• Set the desired value via IR Manual Transmitter 6010 (refer to Chap. 7.2 for mode of
procedure).
NOTE
The value last set in each case (via the "Lux" potentiometer or via the IR Manual
Transmitter) is applicable.
