Removing the cover

- Open the buckle (Fig. B, No. 23) by operating the red release button (Fig. B, No. 22) and loosen the shoulder belts fully
(see 5.2).
- Remove the elasticated edge of the cover from the attachment points on the seat shell (Fig. V). The six attachment
points are at head height (left and right, two on each side) and at the front of the seat (left and right, one on each side).
- Press down on the button on the rear of the seat shell (Fig. X, No. 3) and tip the belt height adjuster (Fig. X, No. 2) of
the shoulder pad forward.
- Pull the belt loops (Fig. X, Nos. 1 and 4) off the belt height adjuster (Fig. X, No. 2).
- Suspend the shoulder belt (Fig. Y, Nos. 1 and 3) on the rear of the seat shell from the union (Fig. Y, No. 2).
Note
Check the union is suspended (Fig. Y, No. 2). It must not rub behind the seat shell on the lower part of the seat
(e.g. when pulling on the tension strap (Fig. B, No. 28).
- Pull the shoulder strap (Fig. B, No. 33) and belt loops (Fig. X, Nos. 1 and 4) for the shoulder pad (Fig. B, No. 18) out of
the slots in the head pad (Fig. B, No. 19).
- Pull the shoulder pad (Fig. B, No. 18) off the shoulder belts (Fig. B, No. 33).
- Thread the tension strap (Fig. B, No. 28), crotch belt with buckle (Fig. B, No. 24) and crotch piece (Fig. B, No. 21) out
of the material.
- Pull the material upwards and turn it over the head pad with the recess (Fig. B, No. 19).
- Thread the shoulder belts (Fig. A, No. 4) with the locking pieces (Fig. B, No. 20) out of the material.
- Pull the material off the head pad (Fig. B, No. 19).
Pulling on the cover
- Pull on the head pad (Fig. B, No. 19).
- Push the material with the recess under the rear of the headpad (Fig. B, No. 19) and turn it over.
- Thread the shoulder belts (Fig. A, No. 4) with the locking pieces (Fig. B, No. 20) into the material.
- Pull the shoulder pad (Fig. B, No. 18) on to the shoulder belts (Fig. B, No. 33).
Note
Do not exchange the shoulder pad (Fig. B, No. 18) (pull on left/right as in Figure B).
- Thread the crotch belt (Fig. B, No. 24) with the buckle (Fig. B, No. 23) and the crotch pad (Fig. B, No. 21) through the
crotch belt guide (Fig. B, No. 31), and the tension strap (Fig. B, No. 28) through the seat cover (Fig. B, No. 26).
- Press the seat cover (Fig. B, No. 26) in the main cover into the recess in the seat shell.
- Thread the shoulder belts (Fig. B, No. 33) into the headpad slot (Fig. B, No. 19).
- Thread the shoulder belts (Fig. Z, No. 1) on the rear of the seat shell between the belt height adjuster (Fig. Z, No. 2)
and the side bolts.
- Suspend the shoulder belts (Fig. Y, Nos. 1 and 3) on the rear of the seat shell in the union (Fig. Y, No. 2).
- Guide the shoulder pad (Fig. B, No. 18) belt loops (Fig. X, Nos. 1 and 4) from the front rearwards through the slot on
the rear of the seat shell.
- Press down on the button on the rear of the seat shell (Fig. X, No. 3) and tip the belt height adjuster (Fig. X, No. 2)
forward.
- Push the belt loops (Fig. X, Nos. 1 and 4) on to the belt height adjuster (Fig. X, No. 2).
- Fold (Fig. V) the cover over the sides of the seat shell (Fig. A, No. 14).
- Secure the elasticated edge of the cover on the six attachment points on the seat shell (Fig. A, No. 14).
You can wash plastic components with a solution of soap and water. Do not use abrasive materials (e.g. solvents).
You can remove the belts and wash them in a lukewarm solution of soap and water.
Removing the belts (left and right).
- Open the buckle (Fig. B, No. 23) and slacken off completely (see 5.2).
- Press down on the button on the rear of the seat shell (Fig. X, No. 3) and tip the belt height adjuster (Fig. X, No. 2)
forward.
- Pull the belt loops (Fig. X, Nos. 1 and 4) off the belt height adjuster (Fig. X, No. 2).
- Suspend the shoulder belt (Fig. Y, Nos. 1 and 3) on the rear of the seat shell from the union (Fig. Y, No. 2).
Note
Check the union is suspended (Fig. Y, No. 2). It must not rub behind the seat shell on the lower part of the seat
(e.g. when pulling on the tension strap (Fig. B, No. 28).
- Pull the shoulder strap (Fig. B, No. 33) and belt loops (Fig. X, Nos. 1 and 4) for the shoulder pad (Fig. B, No. 18) out of
the slots in the head pad (Fig. B, No. 19).
- Pull the shoulder pad (Fig. B, No. 18) off the shoulder belts (Fig. B, No. 33).
- Remove (Fig. V) the elasticated edge of the cover (lower half) from the attachment points on the seat shell (Fig. V).
- Grasp and pull out (Fig. U) the metal element securing the belt to the seat shell (Fig. U).
- Push back and suspend (Fig. U) the belt loop on the short side of the metal element.
- Push (Fig. U) the metal element out of the belt loop.
- Pull the belt out of the pelvis belt eyelet (Fig. B, No. 32) in the seat shell and then out of the cover.
