8. Problems and Solutions
• Phase malfunction:
--> Incorrect rotary field at power connection to control unit
• Swap two phases
• Phase L1, L2 or L3 not connected / live
--> Check mains power connections to control unit, check power cable, check fuses
--> If L1 is not live the rotary field error cannot be detected
--> If L1 is not live the control unit goes into battery operation mode
• System has activated over 100,000 times which has caused a protection switch
to activate
--> Can be acknowledged by pressing the Alarm button – system will operate
for an additional 1000 starts and then the warning will occur again
--> Replace the protection switch – contact customer service
• Wastewater in pumpstation has reached the alarm level
--> Audible alarm stops automatically if wastewater falls below alarm level
--> LED warning goes out only after being acknowledged by pressing the Alarm button
• Power contactor / protector does not switch off
--> Disconnect control unit from power source
--> Replace the protection switch – contact customer service
