Push the inserted part cautiously upwards to remove it.

Turn the inserted part.
3.
Install the inserted part so that the hook points upwards.
4.
Tip over the inserted part slightly forward with your finger.
5.
Press the inserted part down until it clicks into place.
6.
Important: Always press on the inserted part from the top (see
Pressure on the front of the inserted part may shear off the ratchets holding
the inserted part.

Notes regarding handling:
To hang up the receiver, use the slot on the inside of the receiver to hang it
onto the hook you have just inserted in the receiver recess.
To hang up the receiver without terminating a call, use the slot on the inside
of the receiver to hang it onto the hook at the top of the telephone.
