• Do not overload the device.
• Have the device checked if necessary.
• Switch the device off if it is not in use.
7. Before starting the equipment
• Open the packaging and remove the device carefully.
• Remove the packaging material as well as the packaging and trans-
port bracing (if available).
• Check that the delivery is complete.
• Check the device and accessory parts for transport damage.
• If possible, store the packaging until the warranty period has expired.
ATTENTION
The device and packaging materials are not toys! Children must not be
allowed to play with plastic bags, film and small parts! There is a risk of
swallowing and suffocation!
Make sure the machine stands securely, i.e. bolt it to a workbench or
solid base. There are two holes for this purpose in the machine foot.
• The saw table must be mounted correctly.
• All covers and safety devices have to be properly fitted before the ma-
chine is switched on.
• It must be possible for the blade to run freely.
• When working with wood that has been processed before, watch out
for foreign bodies such as nails or screws etc.
• Before you actuate the On/Off switch, make sure that the saw blade is
correctly fitted and that the machine's moving parts run smoothly.
• Before you connect the machine to the power supply, make sure the
data on the rating plate is the same as that for your mains.
