Replacing the grinding disc

Information on replacement
• Never operate the tool without protective
equipment.
• Ensure that the rotation speed stated on
the grinding disc is the same or higher
than the nominal rotation speed of the
tool.
• Ensure that the grinding disc dimensions
match those of the tool.
• Only use grinding discs that are in perfect
condition (sound test: they have a clear
sound when struck with a plastic ham-
mer).
• Never re-drill a locating hole which is too
small for the grinding disc to make it lar-
ger.
• Never use separate bushings or adapters
in order to make grinding discs with a
hole that is too large fit the tool.
• Do not use saw blades.
• Only use the supplied clamping flanges
to clamp the grinding tools. The pads
between the clamping flange and grinding
tools must be made of elastic materials
e.g., rubber, soft cardboard etc.
• Always reassemble the tool completely
after replacing the grinding disc.
• Use protective gloves
• Switch off the tool and disconnect the
