xFUME COMMANDER
Used together with a connected clamp-on ammeter, the automatic start-stop feature makes it
possible to switch the extractor on automatically when the welding process starts (automatic mode).
Once the welding process begins, the device receives a signal from the current clamp and
automatically starts the fume extraction process. Use of the automatic start/stop mechanism
extends the service life of the device and reduces both noise emission and energy consumption.
The following fume collection devices can be connected to the device:
– Fume extraction torch
– Welding torches with external fume extraction systems
– Extraction funnel with magnetic holder

– Changes between automatic and manual modes.
– Adjusts the volume flow.
– Status indication
The rotary/push button LED flashes magenta when the
main switch is turned on and the device boots up.
The rotary/push button LED lights up green continuously
when the extraction system is running and there is no fault.
The rotary/push button LED lights up yellow continuously if
the filter is faulty or saturated and needs to be replaced, or
if there is a malfunction.
