Attempts to use the chainsaw for purposes other than those
specified will be considered inappropriate use. Only use the circular
saw with suitable carbide-tipped cutting discs. The circular saw has
been designed for light work in service workshops and for all work in
the area of independent amateur activity (DIY).
Do not misuse the power tool.

ACCESSORIES AND FITTINGS
• Parallel guide
- 1 pcs.
• Hexagonal spanner
- 1 pc.
PREPARATION FOR WORK
SETTING THE CUTTING DEPTH
The cutting depth can be adjusted from 0 to 65 mm.
• Loosen the cutting depth lock lever (12).
• Set the desired cutting depth (using the scale).
• Lock the cutting depth lock lever (12) (fig. A).
INSTALLING THE PARALLEL CUTTING GUIDE
Use the parallel cutting guide when cutting the material into narrow
pieces. The guide can be mounted on the right or left side of the
power tool.
• Loosen the parallel guide lock knob (4).
• Insert the parallel guide bar into the two holes in the saw foot (5).
• Set the desired distance (using the scale).
• Fix the parallel guide bar using the parallel guide lock knob (4).
The parallel guide can also be used to cut at an angle between 0
0
45
.
Never allow your hand or fingers to be behind the operating saw.
If recoil occurs, the saw may fall on your hand and cause serious
injury.
TILTING THE LOWER GUARD
The bottom guard (9) of the cutting disc (6) automatically pushes
back as it makes contact with the material to be cut.
To push it back manually, move the bottom guard lever (3).
DUST EXTRACTION
The circular saw is equipped with a dust extraction port (1) for the
extraction of chips and dust generated during cutting.
OPERATION / SETTINGS
SWITCH ON / OFF
The mains voltage must correspond to the voltage indicated on
the saw's rating plate. Hold the saw with both hands when
starting, as the motor torque may cause the power tool to rotate
uncontrollably.
Note that after the saw is switched off, its moving parts continue
to rotate for some time.
The saw is equipped with a switch lock button (14) to prevent
accidental starting. Switching on:
• Press the switch lock button (14) (fig. B).
• Press the switch button (13). Switching off:
• Release pressure on the switch button (13)
CUTTING
• When starting the saw, always hold the saw securely with both
hands using both handles.
• Only switch on the saw when it is away from the material to be
cut.
• Do not push the saw with excessive force, apply moderate,
continuous pressure to the saw.
• Allow the cutting blade to come to a complete stop when cutting
is complete.
• If the cut is interrupted before it is intended to be completed, when
resuming the cut wait until the saw has reached its maximum
speed and then carefully guide the cutting disc into the material
to be cut.
• When cutting across the grain of the material (wood), sometimes
the fibres tend to rise up and tear away (moving the saw at low
speed minimises this tendency).
• Ensure that the bottom guard reaches its extreme position in its
movement.
• Always ensure that the depth of cut lock lever and saw foot setting
lock knob are properly tightened before cutting.
• Only use cutting discs with the correct outer diameter and bore
diameter for the cutting disc to work with the saw.
• The material to be cut should be securely fixed.
• The wider part of the saw foot should be placed on the part of the
material that is not being cut.
If the dimensions of the material are small, the material should be
immobilised with carpenter's clamps. There is a risk of kickback if
the saw blade is raised rather than sliding on the workpiece.
By properly restraining the material you are cutting and holding
the saw firmly, you will have full control of the power tool to
avoid the danger of injury. Do not attempt to support short
pieces of material by hand.
CUTTING AT A SLANT
• Loosen the foot setting lock knob (17) (fig C).
• Adjust the saw foot to the desired angle (
scale.
• Tighten the foot setting
Bear in mind that there is a greater risk of kickback (greater
possibility of jamming the saw blade) when cutting at a slant,
