Troubleshooting Wi-Fi
Symptom
Wi-Fi icon not shown.
Wi-Fi setup failed.
Home network is not displayed

Wi-Fi turned off.
Home network issues.
The home network is not on
2.4 GHz, the network is hidden,
or the signal strength is too
weak.
Wi-Fi is disabled or home
network issues.

Internet connection lost or power
supply terminated.
Symptom
E7 appears on display
after setting up the Wi-Fi
connection.
Possible cause
Failed to connect to Wi-Fi
network.
Solution
The hob must be switched off,
then touch the on/off key and
hold it for 5 seconds.
Check that your home network
signal is strong and internet
connection is working.
Please check the network
settings. Ensure a 2.4 GHz and
visible network. If the signal is
too weak, try to move the
network router closer to the
appliance.
Ensure that Wi-Fi is enabled,
and the internet connection of
your home network is working.
Repeat the connection setup if
necessary.
First disable the Wi-Fi and
enable it again. Check that the
internet connection in your home
network is working. Repeat the
connection setup if necessary.
