1. Assemble the handlebar
1. Rotate the riser
towards the front of
the bike, and adjust
the relative parallelism
and verticality of the
riser, front fork and
frame.

tighten the
top cover
screws.

the picture. Note: The

two screws should be
tightened gradually. Do
