Operation
Sticker (Fig. 5B) indicates the positioning
direction of the side arm to the shaft cone.
This must be taken into account so that the
shaft cone hangs almost horizontally when it
is lifted.
In addition, the suspension eye with chain
suspension must always be moved to the
position for shaft cones (Fig. 5B) on the link.
If this is not observed, the material to be
gripped hangs at an angle during the lifting
process and there is a danger of the material
to be gripped slipping off.
DANGER TO LIFE!
The gripping of shaft cones with a cylindrical
part more than 150 mm (> 150 mm) is not
allowed.
The brackets gripping then, with the lifting in the
cylindrical part of the manhole cover opening
(see Fig.6). The shaft cone hangs thereby a
little diagonal.
Thus it exists slipping danger of the gripping
good!
