4.9 Personnel responsibility
Preconditions
Only persons who are expected to observe the safety regulations and perform

their work reliably may enter the danger area.
✓ Persons whose ability to act is influenced by drugs, alcohol, medicines, etc. are
not permitted.
When selecting personnel, the age and occupation-specific regulations

applicable at the location of use must be observed.
The user must be at least 16 years old!

Qualifications
As a rule, all personnel may only carry out actions for which they have the necessary
qualifications.
Qualified personnel for installation and commissioning
Due to their professional training, knowledge and experience as well as knowledge of
the relevant regulations, they are able to perform the work assigned to them and to
recognize and avoid dangerous situations independently.
Service personnel for maintenance and commissioning
Due to their professional training, knowledge and experience as well as knowledge of
the relevant regulations, they are able to perform the work assigned to them and to
recognize and avoid possible dangers independently.
Electrically qualified person for maintenance, installation and commissioning
Due to their professional training, knowledge and experience as well as knowledge of
the relevant standards and regulations, they are able to perform work on the
electrical components and to recognize and avoid possible dangers independently.
The electrically qualified person is trained for the specific site at which he works and
knows the relevant standards and regulations.
Instructed operating personnel for operation
Has been instructed by the operating company on the tasks assigned to him and
possible dangers in the event of improper behaviour.
