20.5 Factory setting
If you change the location of the device, e.g. if you move house, you may no longer be
able to receive the saved channels. In this case, you can delete all saved channels by
resetting to factory settings and then start a new channel search.
Press the MENU button and use the ▲ ▼ buttons to select [System
>
settings] > [Factory settings] and press OK.
Use ▲ ▼ to select the [Yes] entry to perform the factory settings

and press OK.
All previously saved channels and settings are deleted. The device is now
in the factory settings.
The display shows [Restart...].

Alternatively, you can also reset the device to the factory settings using 2
device buttons. To do this, disconnect the DIGITRADIO 4
IR from the power supply. Then press and hold the MENU
and the direct dialling button 1 on the device at the same time and restore
the power supply while the buttons are pressed. The device now starts with the
selection of the user language.

You can then start the initial setup wizard. See chapter "8 Initial setup" on
page 19.
20.6 System info
You can query the currently installed Sokware versions under System info.
Press the MENU button and use the ▲ ▼ buttons to select [System
>
settings] > [System info] and press OK.
20.7 SW update
Software updates may be provided from time to time, which may contain
improvements or bug fixes. The DIGITRADIO 4 IR is therefore always up to date.
Press the MENU button and use the ▲ ▼ buttons to select [System
>
settings] > [SW update] and press OK.
Select [Auto-Update] if you want the DIGITRADIO 4 IR to check
>
periodically for new software versions.
Select [Check now] if you want to check now whether a newer
>
Sokware version is available.
If a Sokware update is found, follow the instructions on the display.
To find and download software updates, the DIGITRADIO 4 IR must be
connected to the Internet. Do not switch off the DIGITRADIO 4 IR during the
update process!
