4 Description
4.3 Box behavior after switching ON the power supply
After switching on the power supply, the SeGMo-Box checks the system parameters. After that, the
positioning drives are automatically configured even without a connection to the higher level control
system.
As soon as the positioning drives are connected to the box, the buttons can no longer be operated
as they are switched off for safety reasons.
4.4 Normal operation
The box connects the connected positioning drives to the higher level control system. In normal
operation, the higher level control system sends commands to the box. The box analyzes the
commands and executes them accordingly. The box then sends a status report to the higher level
control system.
