  • Seite 15 4. Produkt- und Lieferübersicht 4.1. Prüfung der Lieferung Der Rollstuhl Pyro Light wird fertig montiert in einem Karton geliefert. Nach dem Entpacken bewahren Sie den Karton nach Möglichkeit auf. Er dient zur evtl. späteren Einlagerung oder Rücksendung des Rollstuhles. Die Anlieferung und Einweisung des Rollstuhles erfolgt durch den qualifizierten und autorisierten Sanitätsfachhandel.

Feststellbremsen Der Pyro Light ist mit einer Kniehebelbremse, die für den Insassen bedien bar ist, ausgestattet. Diese ist nur zum Parken zu verwenden. Zum Abbremsen der Fahrt ist diese nicht geeignet! Hierzu dienen die Greifreifen, auf die mit den Handflächen leichter Druck ausgeübt wird.

Betätigung der Feststell- bremse mit Bremshebel- verlängerung (optional) Die Betätigung der Feststellbremse mit Bremshebelverlängerung ist gleich wie die Betätigung der Feststellbremse. Bremshebelverlängerung einklappen • Der Bremshebel kann während der Fahrt oder beim seitlichen Umsteigen eingeklappt werden.

Trommelbremse (optional) Der Rollstuhl kann optional mit einer Trommelbremse, die nur von einer Begleitperson über die Bremshebel an den Schiebegriffen aus zu bedienen ist, ausgerüstet werden (Abb. 29/1). Durch die Feststeller an beiden Bremshebeln (Abb. 29/2), kann die Trommselbremse zum Parken arretiert werden.
  • Seite 28 PYRO LIGHT | Leichtgewichtrollstuhl PYRO LIGHT XL 5.18. Rückenlehne Um Ihnen ein komfortables Sitzen zu ermöglichen, lässt sich die Härte der Rückenlehnenbespannung einstellen. 5.18.1. Rückenlehnenbespannung Je straffer Sie die Rückenlehnenbespannung einstellen, desto härter fühlt sich die Rückenlehne an. Entfernen Sie zunächst die mit einer Klettverbindung angebrachte Rückenpolsterung.

Die Kippschutzrollen verhindern das Abkippen des Rollstuhles nach hinten. Die Rollen der Antikipprollen müssen dabei einen Abstand von ca. 3-5 cm vom Boden haben (Abb. 35).

  • Seite 33 PYRO LIGHT Leichtgewichtrollstuhl | PYRO LIGHT XL Beachten Sie das die Reflektoren nicht verdeckt sein dürfen. Achtung mit erhöhen der Zuladung der Tasche steigt auch das Risiko das Ihr Rollstuhl nach hinten umkippt. Die Verwendung von Antikipprollen wird dringend empfohlen.

Überprüfung der Bremsen Überprüfen Sie vor jedem Fahrtantritt die Funktionstüchtigkeit der Bremsanlage. Bei angezogenen Feststellbremsen kann der Rollstuhl auf trockener Unterlage nicht weggeschoben werden. Bei gelösten Bremsen fährt der Rollstuhl ohne Schleifgeräusche und mit gutem Geradeauslauf.

Reinigung Die Reinigung der Sitz- und Rückenmaterialien kann mit warmem Wasser unter Zuhilfenahme eines Schwammes und/oder einer weichen Bürste vorgenommen werden. Bei hartnäckiger Verschmutzung kann dem Wasser ein handelsübliches Reinigungsmittel zugesetzt werden.

Der Rollstuhl ist mit einem haushaltsüblichen Desinfektionsmittel desinfizierbar. Verwenden Sie zugelassene Sprüh-Desinfektionsmittel oder Wisch-Desinfektionsmittel auf alkoholischer Basis. • Im Fall von mehreren Produktanwendern, ist ein handelsübliches Desinfektionsmittel vorgeschrieben.

Bei Störungen oder Defekten am Rollstuhl ist dieser unverzüglich dem Fachhändler zur Instandsetzung zu übergeben. Die Repatur und der Austausch von Teilen wird vom Fachhändler durchgeführt.
