5.31 AUTOMATIC FUNCTION (DEFAULT CONFIGURATION)
The hood can be activated automatically: the suction speed is adjusted automatically based
on the power levels of the cooking zones.
NOTE:
• To activate the automatic operation of the hood, press the "A" button. The automatic
hood button will illuminate brightly.
• An increase in the power of the cooking zones will result in an automatic increase in
suction speed.
• Conversely, a decrease in the power of the cooking zones will lead to an automatic
reduction in suction speed.
• To deactivate the automatic mode, select the hood power adjustment display and
choose the desired speed from the slider area. The manual mode will be activated, and
the selected level will be displayed.
• When changing the cooking level, the automatic hood setting will generally follow after
a delay of 20 seconds.
5.32 POST OPERATING FUNCTION
The system is equipped with a follow-up/post-operation function, designed to ensure the
extraction of any residual odors and vapors. After completing the cooking process and
turning off the cooktop, the hood continues to operate. An automatic delay of 5 minutes is set
at level 1.
NOTE:
• The extraction delay is indicated by a blinking dot on the hood power setting display.
• The hood speed can be adjusted even after operation. The post-operation mode ends
immediately if level 0 is selected.
5.33 ASPIRATION TIMER
There is the option to set an extraction timer similar to the cooking zone timer. The timer is
displayed on the timer display. The extraction timer does not start until the cooking process is
complete.
1. Prerequisite: The hood must be active.
2. Select the extraction power setting display. The timer indicator shows "- - -".
Press the timer display.
3. Then use the Plus or Minus button to set the desired time. The extraction timer symbol
lights up.
