1.0 INTRO

Thank you for choosing a product from our Opera line. We are confident that you will

All our products are covered by a warranty, as provided by the general terms of sale
established by Directive 1999/44/EC. If you encounter any faults due to manufacturing errors,
component defects, or missing accessories at the time of purchase or during the warranty
period, we invite you to promptly report them to our Sales or Technical Assistance network.
After appropriate verification, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective
parts.
The warranty applies exclusively to obvious defects in the product under normal installation,
usage, and maintenance conditions. It does not cover faults resulting from improper
installation, incorrect use, technical modifications made by the user, use of non-original
accessories, vandalism, lack of cleaning, or failure to carry out ordinary or extraordinary
maintenance. Additionally, it does not cover damages caused by general neglect on the part
of the user.
