3.4 CONNECTION TO POWER SUPPLY
•
The appliance must be connected ONLY by a qualified authorized technician.
•
The electrical system protection must comply with all relevant regulations.
•
Connection clips are accessible only when the covers are open.
•
Before connecting the appliance, ensure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate
is consistent with that of the domestic network. This check must be carried out by a
qualified technician using an appropriate measuring device.
•
The nameplate with basic information is attached to the underside of the appliance.
•
To establish a fixed connection to the network, insert a bipolar circuit breaker between
the appliance and the network. This device must ensure contact separation on all poles,
ensuring complete disconnection under overvoltage category III conditions.
•
Conductive parts must be protected from any possibility of direct contact.
•
Before any intervention, disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
•
Connect the appliance following the electrical connection diagram and ensure that the
relevant network voltage is respected.
•
The ground wire must be connected to the clip marked with the ground symbol.
•
The cable must pass through the fixing clip to protect it from accidental removal.
•
After connecting the appliance, turn on all cooking zones for about three minutes to
ensure they are functioning correctly.
•
An incorrect connection can damage parts of the appliance, voiding the warranty!
•
The connection cable at the back of the appliance must be positioned so that it DOES
NOT touch the back wall, as this part overheats during operation.
•
The appliance is generally configured for maximum available power, as indicated in the
technical data table. A power limitation can be set, which can be done at the time of
installation or later by a specialized technician. Refer to the chapter related to setting the
power limitation.
Use cables of type: H05V2V2-F.
