The enclosure base part of the PV Next String Combiner
Box consists of glass-fibre reinforced polyester (GFRP),
the transparent cover of polycarbonate. The enclosure
corresponds with protection class IP65 (according to
IEC 60529). The label with warning symbols must be legi-
ble at all times.

The making and breaking capacity of the switch-disconnec-
tor (according to the IEC 60947-3) has been selected to
assure
that
it can

The PV NextString Combiner Box is equipped with cable
glands (A) and optionally with PV connectors (B).
PV connectors reduce the time required for installation and
maintenance. The connectors meet the requirements of
standard
DIN
EN 50521.
