1.2 Safety precautions
• Read the user manuals before using the Ettan IPGphor 3.
• The system is designed for indoor use only.
• Any equipment connected to the system should meet the requirements of
the EN 61010-1 or other international safety standard. Within the EU,
connected equipment must be CE-labeled.
• Select a place for Ettan IPGphor 3 where it is possible to access the mains
power switch on the rear panel of the instrument.
• Do not operate the Ettan IPGphor 3 instrument in any way other than that
described in the Ettan IPGphor 3 user manuals.
• For cleaning instructions, refer to Ettan IPGphor 3 Instrument User Manual.
• For installation of the PC, refer to the manufacturer´s manual.
