4.1.1 Ettan IPGphor 3
Le système d'électrofocalisation Ettan IPGphor 3 réalise une électrophorèse en
2 dimensions (2D) pour l'électrofocalisation de première dimension (IEF).
Le système est composé des éléments suivants :
• L'appareil Ettan IPGphor 3, associé à des supports de bande séparés ou à un
collecteur
• Le logiciel de contrôle Ettan IPGphor 3
• Des bandes de gel Immobiline™ DryStrip, contenant un gradient au pH
immobilisé (IPG)
