The Ettan IPGphor 3 Isoelectric Focusing System performs first dimension
isoelectric focusing (IEF) in 2-dimensional (2-D) electrophoresis.
The system comprises:
• The Ettan IPGphor 3 unit, combined with separate strip holders or a
manifold
• Ettan IPGphor 3 Control Software
• Immobiline™ DryStrip gel strips, which contain an immobilized pH gradient
(IPG)
