4.3 Maintenance or care plan
Note
The machine must be maintained, cleaned and cared for at regular intervals, regardless of
how dirty it is.
The machine must then be treated with a care product (e.g. oil or wax spray). Do not use any
cleaning agents that are harmful to the skin.
Failure to comply with the above points will invalidate the warranty!
Interval
Inspection of ALL safety-related parts
Cleaning
Check or restore surface protection
Check tightness of hydraulic system
Check or restore surface protection or corrosion protection
Check or restore damage to paintwork and components
Check for or repair rust damage
Check or re-treat cavities and unpainted areas.
Check tightness of pneumatic system
Check strength of screws
Check, lubricate & adjust bearing clearance
Check wear parts
Check fluids (level, wear, contamination, quality)
Check & lubricate sliding surfaces
Remove internal dirt
Clean and check electrical components
Check engine and gearbox for function and wear
Check welds and construction
Perform visual inspection (according to inspection plan)
