2.9.8 Bleeding the air from the scissor lift
1. Move the lift to the lowest position.
2.
Remove the hydraulic hoses at the positions

3. Raise the lift on the main control side until oil escapes from the hydraulic hose on the main side.
4. Close the hydraulic oil connection on this side again.
5. Continue to raise the lift on the secondary control side until oil also escapes on the secondary side.
6. Close the hydraulic oil connection on the secondary side again.
The lift is now vented.

Fitting the covers
1. Install the covers of the power unit and the outer covers on the pillars. Take care not to pinch the cables and
hoses!
2.9.9 Installing the support arms
1. Raise the lift trolley to a height of approx. 1 m by pressing the lift or lower button.
2. Remove the pre-assembled safety catch by removing the grub screws.
