6. Screw the previously removed grub screws back in.
7. Pull the safety catch upwards and check that the support arm can move freely.
8. Allow the safety catch to slide completely back into its guide and check that the support arm remains in the
locked position.
9. Repeat this procedure for the other 3 support arms.
2.9.10 Check before the first lifting
Check all connections (screws, nuts, bolts, etc.) for correct fastening.
Check all limit switches for correct setting and function.
Check all components and connections of the hydraulics and pneumatics for tightness and tighten if
necessary.
Check all pushbuttons for correct function. Make sure that all components required for the function are
activated (open detents, open lowering valve, activate motor contactors, etc.).
Observe the direction of rotation of the motor and change it if necessary.
Raise and lower the lift 2 to 3 times, checking the synchronization.
Tip
To check the synchronization, you can measure the distance between the lift truck and the
base plate. The lifting carriage, which is further down, must be tightened.
2.9.11 Lifting under load
Lift a load to a height of approx. 500 mm.
Lower the load and install the missing covers or ramps.
