TROUBLES AND
CAUSES
e Before requesting servicing,
check the following points.
If your air conditioner does not
run.
« Is the main supply out?
e Is the tank water run out?
e Is the cord plugged into the
outlet?
If your air conditioner delivers
air, but does not cool the room.
Is the door or window left open?
e Are you using a boiler or range in
the room?
Too many people in the room?

Is the THERMOSTAT KNOB set
at a proper room temperature?
is the air filter clogged up with
dust?
lf your air conditioner starts but
stops soon
CAUTION
If the ciucuit breaker or fuse is
tripped frequently, stop using
your air conditioner and contact
your selling agent.
e is the exhaust hose is forcibly
crooked or wound?
¢ Does water stay within the
exhaust hose?
e Is the air outlet of the exhaust
hose blocked?

e Avant de faire appel & un
réparateur, veuillez vérifier les
points suivants.
Le climatiseur ne marche pas.
e S'agit-il d'une panne de secteur?
e Le réservoir d'eau est-il vide?
e Lecordon d'alimentation est-il
branché sur la prise secteur?
Le climatiseur ventile la piece
mais ne refroidit pas l'air.
e Laporte ou la fenétre est-elle
ouverte?
e Utilisez-vous un chauffe-eau ou
un réchaud dans la piéce?

Le tuyau d'évacuation est-il
amené a l'extérieur?
Le bouton du thermostat est-il
réglé a la température correcte?
Le filtre a air est-il bouché?
Si Pappareil s'arréte quelques
instants apres la mise en marche
ATTENTION
Si le disjoncteur ou le fusible
saute trop souvent, arréter
l'appareil et contacter le
distributeur Toshiba.
e Le tuyau d'évacuation n'est-il pas
torsadé ou plié?
« Del'eau stagne a l'intérieur du
tuyau d'évacuation?
e Lasortie d'air du tuyau
d'évacuation est-elle bouchée?
