FAULTS
1.
One of
the two
motors (P1 and/or
P2) is not fed.
2.
The protection ref.
QM1
or
QM2
intervenes.
3.
The
thermal
protection in the
windings of motor
P1 or P2 trips.
4.
The pump P1 or P2
continues delivering
and
does
not
respond to external
commands.
5.
The panel does not
automatically invert
the starting order of
the two pumps.
CHECK (POSSIBLE CAUSES)
A. The magnetothermal switch of the panel (ref.
QM1 or QM2) or the differential automatic
switch on the distribution panel have
tripped.
B.
No voltage on terminals L1-L2-L3.
C.
The protection of the internal transformer
has tripped.
D. The fuses F3-F4 have tripped.
E.
The remote control switches ref. KM1 and
KM2 vibrate.
F.
The exchange module SZ2 is faulty.
A. P1 or P2 pump impeller blocked.
A. Check the working environment temperature
of the electropumps P1 or P2.
B.
P1 or P2 pump impeller blocked or clogged.
C.
Check the state of the rotor shaft bearings of
electropump P1 or P2.
A. The floats are not correctly connected to the
control panel.
B.
The floats are faulty.
C.
The remote control switch KM1 or KM2 is
faulty (contacts are stuck).
D. The exchange module SZ2 is faulty.
A. The relè KA1 coil don't works.
B.
The module SZ2 is faulty.
ENGLISH
A. Check the insulation of the pump cables, of the
pump or of the floats. Reset the magnetothermal
switch located in the panel (ref. QM1 or QM2) or
the differential switch on the distribution panel.
B.
Check the control unit connecting cables and any
switches or insulating switches in the system.
C.
Turn off the main switch for three minutes, then
switch it on again. Starting of the electropump
excludes the fault. If the electropump is not fed, or
is temporarily fed, identify any short circuits in the
secondary circuit of the transformer.
D. Find any short circuits in the primary winding of
the transformer and change the fuses that have
tripped.
E.
The supply voltage is insufficient.
F.
Connect the connector XC1 to the connector XC2
and pay attention to the "important" note
par. 9.3.2
A. Carry out maintenance to free the impeller.
A. Reduce the temperature of the fluid to be pumped.
B.
Take out the pump P1 or P2 and carry out
maintenance to free the impeller.
C.
Change the bearings of pump P1 or P2 if worn.
A. Correctly connect the pressure switches and check
operation of the system (par. 9.6).
B.
Change the floats.
C.
Change the part(s).
D. Connect the connector XC1 to the connector XC2
and pay attention to the "important" note
par. 9.3.2.
A. Change the part.
B.
Change the part.
NB: TEMPORARY OPERATION: to keep the set
operating in the event of malfunction of the module
KA1,
connector XC2, (see par. 9.3.2)
39
REMEDY
connect the connector XC1 to the
.
