carefully and check the efficiency of all the components in the panel; if necessary, replace any parts
that are not perfectly efficient It is indispensable to ensure that all the leads in the panel are correctly
secured to their terminals. In the event of long storage (or in the event of replacement of any part) it is
advisable to carry out on the panel all the tests indicated by standards EN 60204-1.

RESPONSIBILITY
The Manufacturer does not ensure good operation of the panel if it is tampered with or modified or made to operate at
values beyond the data on the plate.
The Manufacturer also declines all responsibility for possible errors in this booklet, if due to misprints or errors in
copying. The company reserves the right to make any modifications to products that it may consider necessary or
useful, without affecting the essential characteristics.
7.
INSTALLATION
Scrupulously respect the electric supply values indicated on the electric data plate.
The electric panels must be installed on dry, vibration-free surfaces. Although they have a degree of protection of IP55,
it is not advisable to install the panels in an atmosphere with a large content of oxidizing or corrosive gases.
If installed in the open, the control panels must be protected as much as possible against direct sunlight. If necessary,
suitable steps must be taken to keep the internal temperature of the panels within the environment temperature field of
use given below.
High temperatures lead to rapid ageing of all the components, causing more or less severe
malfunctions.
It is also advisable for the person who installs the panels to ensure that the cable clamps are watertight.
Use the cable clamp gripping rings provided to block the cables (power supply to the panel, electropump and float), so
as to prevent the cable clamps from working loose.
The control panels are supplied standard, already fitted with four brackets for hanging them on the wall. They must be
fixed to the wall using the slots provided in the bracket; no unnecessary holes should be made in the box, so as not to
impair its protection and functionality.

Attention: to use the panel E2D 6 M HS choose the dimensions of the hydraulic system so as to limit
the maximum number of starts per hour to 20 (1 start every 3 minutes).
8.2
Characteristics and interpretation of the wiring diagram references.
The control panel is self-protected and protects the electropumps against overloads, short circuits and
overtemperatures, with manual reset. Possibility of inversion of the starting order of the two electropumps at each
start, of simultaneous operation and of running one of the two in the event of malfunction of the other.
It is provided standard with terminals for connecting the motors P1 and P2 and the control floats GP1 and GP2.
It comes complete with terminals to allow the use of an alarm float and with terminals (without potential) for remote
feeding of an acoustic or luminous alarm. Provided with a selector for manual or automatic operation of each
electropump.
E2D 6 M HS: provided with an automatic device for increasing the static torque time on starting, set by the
manufacturer at 2 seconds (NB do not set at over 4 seconds).
