5. Mounting the
Switching System
F Do not mount the switches until
the Linear Module MKL has been fixed
to its base. ! 3.
F Always mount the switching system
on the side of the Linear Module MKL
opposite the power cable chain.
F When installing the equipment,
always use non-magnetic tools, e.g. made
from stainless steel.
5.1 Mounting the switching cam
• Mount the switching cam (1) on the
carriage.
5.2 Mounting the switch
• Screw the switch to the mounting
plate.
• Hook the plate-mounted switch into
the frame slot.
• Fix the switch in place with the set
screws (2).
• Set the switching gaps by adjusting
the switch and the switching cam.
5. Montage du système
de commutation
F Le module linéaire MKL doit tout
d'abord être fixé. ! 3.
F Le système de commutation ne peut
être monté que du côté du module linéaire
MKL opposé à celui portant le guide porte-
câbles.
F Utiliser des outillages en matériau
non magnétique comme l'acier inoxydable
pour le montage.
5.1 Montage de l'équerre de
commande
• Monter l'équerre de commande (1) sur
le plateau.
5.2 Montage des interrupteurs
• Fixer l'interrupteur sur la plaque de
fixation.
• Introduire la plaque de fixation dans
la rainure.
• Immobiliser l'interrupteur par deux vis
à tête cylindrique (2).
• Régler l'intervalle de commutation en
jouant sur l'interrupteur et sur l'équerre
de commande.

5. Montaggio sistema
interruttori
F Dapprima bisogna fissare il Linear-
modulo MKL. ! 3.
F Il sistema interruttori deve essere
montato soltanto sul lato del Linearmodulo
MKL in cui non si trova la catena porta-
cavi.
F Per il montaggio utilizzare attrezzi
non magnetici, ad esempio in acciaio inox.
5.1 Montare la camma di
commutazione
• Avvitare saldamente la camma di
commutazione (1) alla tavola.
5.2 Montare l'interruttore
• Avvitare l'interruttore al relativo
supporto.
• Agganciare il supporto alla cava.
• Fissare l'interruttore con grani
filettati (2).
• Mettere a punto lo spazio di contatto
regolando l'interruttore e la camma
di commutazione.
