Removing the sealing strip
(cont'd)
• Pull the plastic parts (1) of the deflec-
tors off the steel strip.
• Pull the steel strip out of the carriage.
The now exposed magnet rod (2)
of the Linear Module MKL will abruptly
attract objects made of iron.
Mounting the sealing strip
F Mounting is very much easier if
two people do the job!
• Push the carriage to one end of the
Linear Module MKL (3).
• Slide the steel strip through the car-
riage (4).
Do not kink the steel strip!
• Carefully bend the steel strip into an
arc above the carriage (5).
• Push the carriage with the curved steel
strip to the other end of the Linear
Module MKL (6).

• Retirer les pièces en plastique (1) des
renvois.
• Retirer la bande de protection du pla-
teau.
L'arbre magnétique non recouvert
(2) du module linéaire MKL attire les
objets en fer de manière brutale.
Montage de la bande de protection
F Le montage est beaucoup plus
simple à deux !
• Repousser le plateau sur l'extrémité du
module linéaire MKL (3).
• Insérer la bande en acier dans le pla-
teau (4).
Ne pas plier la bande de protection !
• Recourber la bande de protection au-
dessus du plateau (5).
• Repousser le plateau avec la bande de
protection vers l'autre extrémité du
module linéaire MKL (6).

Smontare la lamina di protezione

• Estrarre le parti in plastica (1) dei devia-
tori dalla lamina in acciaio.
• Sfilare la lamina in acciaio dalla tavola.
L'albero magnetico (2) ora libero
del Linearmodulo MKL attira all'improv-
viso oggetti in ferro.
Montare la lamina di protezione
F Il montaggio sarà molto più semplice
se verrà effettuato da due persone!
• Spingere la tavola verso una testata del
Linearmodulo MKL (3).
• Infilare la lamina in acciaio attraverso la
tavola (4).
Non piegare la lamina in acciaio!
• Flettere ad arco la lamina in acciaio al
di sopra della tavola (5).
• Spingere la tavola insieme alla lamina
in acciaio curva verso l'altra testata del
Linearmodulo MKL (6).
