2.2 Description
The load pin is designed for measuring static and dynamic tension or compression
forces. The load pin consists of a measuring spring and a welded thin-film sensor. The

measuring body is made of stainless steel and is elastically deformed by a compression
force introduced in the force direction. The resulting mechanical tensions are measured
by the built-in thin-film sensor and output by an electrical output signal.
