12. ELECTRICAL STANDARD
SNR 462638
According to the Swiss Federal Inspectorate
for Heavy Current Installations (ESTI), a final in-
spection in accordance with electrical stand-
ard SNR 462638 must be carried out before an
electrical appliance is handed over to the oper-
ator or user or after maintenance or installation.
This standard describes tests that must be car-
ried out to prove that electrical equipment
does not pose an electrical hazard to the user
and the environment when used as intended:)
» Visual inspection
» Protective conductor measurement
» Leakage/differential current measurement
» Contact current measurement
» Insulation measurement

WARRANTY

You have purchased a durable and ser-
vice-friendly product. However, every techni-
cal system requires regular service work to
maintain proper functioning.
The warranty only applies if the maintenance
work listed in chapter "9. Maintenance and ser" -
vice" on page 33 is carried out regularly. Only
original BWT AQUA products may be used for
the maintenance work.
We recommend concluding a service agree-
ment AQA confiance with BWT AQUA.

DISPOSAL

The unit consists of various materials that must
be disposed of properly. Please arrange for en-
vironmentally friendly disposal: Disposal in ac-
cordance with local and cantonal regulations.
The symbol for separate collection of
electrical and electronic equipment
indicates that this equipment must
not be disposed of with household
waste.
