Check the water supply. If it is OK, check the water
pipes in the appliance
Switch off the appliance or disconnect it from the
mains and leave it switched off for approx. 24 hours.
This allows any ice that has formed to melt
Top up the water or refill the tank and check the
device's pipework

Switch the CO2 on/off switch to on
Close the pressurised CO2 cylinder and
release the pressure using the pressure
regulator. Press the CO2 selection button and
let the water drain to release the pressure in
the carbonator. Release the CO2 selection
button when no more carbonated water flows
out. Open the pressurised CO2 cylinder again
and set the pressure to 3 bar. Press the
selection button for CO2 water until water
with CO2 flows out.
Check the thermostat, adjustment screw under
the right side-panel, and, if necessary, reduce the
temperature
Replace the CO2 gas cylinder.
Turn off the water and actuate the CO2 outlet
until only gas escapes. Then turn on the water
again and allow the CO2 to refill
Disconnect the device from the power supply for
30 seconds and reconnect and press the CO2 key
again. Make sure that the CO2 function switch is
turned on.
Empty the waste water tank.
