Operation
– Cook fish in a heatproof dish if possible on
the oven rack on the middle or lower shelf.
Our energy-saving tips
– Do not pre-heat the oven (except for very
lean meat such as fillets, roast beef, etc.).
– If the cooking time is not longer than 40 min-
utes, switch off the oven 10 minutes before
the cooking time elapses and use the re-
maining heat.
– Cook roasts that weigh less than a kilogram
on the hob.
1. Place the roast on the oven rack (very fatty
meat) or on the dripping tray (lean meat) in
the oven.
The roast should be in the middle of the ov-
en.
2. If you are using the oven rack, make sure to
place the dripping pan underneath.
3. Use the left toggle switch 9 to set the desired
heating method.
4. Use the right toggle switch 14 to set the tem-
perature.
5. Press the
11 button.

The ECO mode

ECO For energy-efficient baking.
When ECO mode is activated, the heating ele-
ment is electronically controlled to make better
use of residual heat and therefore reduce ener-
gy consumption. Using ECO mode will slightly
extend the cooking time.
ECO mode is especially suited for cooking
meat: cooking using this mode will result in juic-
ier meat.

very hot when in operation. You must
take care in order to avoid touching
the heating elements inside the ov-
en. Children aged 8 years or young-
er must be kept away from the appli-
ance, unless they are under constant
supervision.
• Do not touch the oven or the oven
door when it is in operation!
• Only grab onto the door at the han-
dle.
• Do not leave the oven unattended
when grilling or similar.
• Keep children away from the hot
oven.

WARNING
Fire hazard!
14
The back wall inside the oven gets
very hot.
• Do not place food to be grilled too
far back towards the heating ele-
ment.
When grilling, meat, poultry and fish brown
quickly, become crispy and do not dry out. The
crust is easy to digest and is also suitable for
bland diets.
Flat pieces of meat and fish, skewers, sausages
and watery vegetables (such as tomatoes and
onions) are particularly good for grilling.
When grilling, you can choose between grilling,
intensive and convection grilling.
