Using the sensors correctly

Your hob is operated using sensors. They are
very sensitive and will react even when you
move your fingers closer. So here are a few
tips for operating the sensors correctly:
• Always touch the sensors on the control
panel (5) with your entire fingertip, not just
with the very end of your finger.
• When touching a sensor, do not apply any
pressure.
• Only ever touch one sensor.
• Ensure that none of the sensors are cov-
ered (e.g. by a potholder).
When a sensor is touched, an acoustic signal
will sound.

Switching the hob on and off

To switch
• the hob on, touch the On/Off sensor
