Switching on and off
1. If necessary, remove the blade guard
(9/11) before switching the device on.
2. To start the device, push the switch lock
(3) forwards and press the on/off switch
(5). Then release the switch lock (3).
The equipment runs at top speed.
3. In order to switch off, let go of the on/
off switch (5).
After switching the unit off,
the blades take a short time
to stop moving. Let the blades
come to a complete standstill.
Do not touch the blades or
slow them down before the
moving parts have come to a
standstill.
Checkingthechargestatus
of the battery
The battery charge indicator (
lises the state of charge of the battery while
the device is operating.
To see the charge level, keep the on/off
switch (
5) depressed.
3 LEDs are on (red, yellow, green):

Battery partially charged
1 LED illuminated (red):

Adjusting the working angle
Tilting the device handgrip:
The device handgrip (4) features three
angles of inclination:
1. Operate the release (6) and tilt the de-
vice handgrip (4) to the desired angle.
2. Let go of the release (6) so that the de-
vice handgrip (4) locks into place.
The device head (1) features 7 positions:
1. Pull the release (7) downwards and
rotate the device head (1) into the desi-
red position.
2. Let go of the release (7), the device
head (1) will lock into place.

1. Push the device along the guide rail
into the equipment holder (15) of the
telescopic arm.
It will lock into place audibly.
2. Insert the plug (16) into the socket (17)
on the back of the device head (1).
3. Before disassembly, disconnect the
plug (16) from the socket (17).
4. Remove the device for disassembly.
Adjust the length of the telescopic arm (13)
for your size with the help of the adjusting
screw (18).
1. Loosen the adjusting screw (18).
2. Set the telescopic arm (13) to the desi-
red length.
