1. Start Windows (2000/XP/VISTA or higher)
2. Insert the provided software-CD into your CD/DVD-drive
3. Locate the CD/DVD-ROM drive from the windows, double click the drive letter to display the root folder of
the PeakTech-CD
4. Double click the file "SETUP.EXE"
5. Follow the on-screen installation instructions until the installation is finished.
6. Connect the instrument to the USB-port of your PC
7. Windows will find a new hardware and wants to install the corresponding USB-driver, which you will find in
the installation folder of the software.
8. After installation of the USB-driver you start the DS_WAVE-software. In the START-menu of windows
there would create a new folder of DS_WAVE to start and uninstall the software.
8.2. Spezifikationen
Only if other instructions are provided, are all technical specifications applicable to the probe with the 10X
attenuation switch setting and the digital type oscilloscope. In order to be up to these specifications, the
oscilloscope should meet the following requirement.
* The instrument should operate continuously for more than 30 minutes under the specified operating
temperature.
* If the operating temperature is up to or larger than 5 Celsius degrees, the system function menu must be
opened to make the system perform a "Auto- calibration" procedure.
