Store the device and the battery pack at room tempera-
ture. Do not the place the device and battery pack in di-
rect sunlight.
Discharge of disinfectant solution is too low
The tank is empty.
 Fill the tank, see chapter Filling the tank.
The nozzle is dirty.
 Clean the nozzle, see chapter Clean the nozzle.
The fine filter is dirty.
 Clean the fine filter, see chapter Cleaning the fine
filter.
Disinfectant solution does not come out as a finely
atomized spray cone
The nozzle is dirty.
 Clean the nozzle, see chapter Clean the nozzle.
The nozzle is damaged.
 Replace the nozzle, see chapter Clean the nozzle.
Device is leaking
The nozzle is leaking.
 Check the nozzle sealing ring for damage and re-
place if necessary, see chapter Checking the seal-
ing rings.
The tank is leaking.
 Check the tank sealing ring for damage and replace
if necessary, see chapter Checking the sealing
rings.
 Check the tank for damage and replace if neces-
sary.
Electrostatic effect is too low
Potential equalisation not possible.
 Wear electrostatic dissipative protective gloves and
safety shoes according to EN ISO 20344. The insu-
lation resistance must not exceed 100 MΩ.
 Always touch the earth contact at the ON / OFF but-
ton during operation.
 Optionally connect the unit to the functional earth,
see chapter Earth the unit (optional).

The warranty conditions issued by our relevant sales
company apply in all countries. We shall remedy possi-
ble malfunctions on your appliance within the warranty
period free of cost, provided that a material or manufac-
turing defect is the cause. In a warranty case, please
contact your dealer (with the purchase receipt) or the
next authorised customer service site.
