● Indication of a potentially dangerous situation that
may lead to damage to property.
General safety instructions
DANGER
● Risk of asphyxiation. Keep pack-
aging film out of the reach of children. ● Do not immerse
the device in water. ● Never touch contacts or lines.
WARNING
● Only use the device for its proper
use. Take into account the local conditions and beware
of third parties, in particular children, when working with
the device. ● This device must not be used by persons
(including children) with restricted physical, sensory or
mental abilities or those lacking in experience and
knowledge. ● Only people who have been instructed on
how to use the device, or have proven their ability to op-
erate it, and have been explicitly instructed to use it,
must use the device. ● Children and persons unfamiliar
with these instructions are not allowed to operate the
device. The age of the operator may be limited by local
restrictions. ● Children must not play with the appliance.
● Children must be supervised to prevent them from
playing with the appliance.
CAUTION
● Do not use the appliance if it has
been dropped beforehand, is visibly damaged or if it is
leaking. ● Safety devices are provided for your own pro-
tection. Never modify or bypass safety devices. ● Only
operate or store the device in accordance with the de-
scription or figure. ● Have repair work carried out by the
authorised customer service only.
ATTENTION

Safety instructions for operation

DANGER
● Keep the disinfectant out of the
reach of children. ● If disinfectant comes into contact
with the eyes, immediately rinse them carefully with wa-
ter for a few minutes. Remove the contact lenses you
have. See a doctor immediately. If disinfectant was
swallowed, call a poison information centre or a doctor
immediately. Get medical advice or help if your skin is ir-
ritated or if you feel sick. ● People with active physical
aids such as pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, insu-
lin pumps, etc. are not allowed to use the device.
● When using the device in hazard zones (e.g. service
stations), adhere to the respective safety regulations.
● Do not operate this appliance in areas where there is
a risk of explosion. ● Use only approved disinfectants.
