3.5.1. Mechanical legrests
Lower leg length
•
The lower leg length can be adjusted.
•
To do this undo the two Allen screws (Fig. 03).
•
Adjust to the required height.
•
Re-tighten the screws. Use medium-strength screw lock liquid to fix
in place.
For secure fixing, make sure that two screws are

always used!
Footplate angle
•
The angle of the footplate can be adjusted.
•
Undo the screw fixing on the side of the footplate (Fig. 04).
•
Adjust the footplate to the required angle.
•
Re-tighten the screw. Use medium-strength screw lock liquid to fix
in place.

3.5.2. Elevating legrests (optional)
Assemble, disassemble and swing them away as for the standard
legrests.
To adjust, undo the clamp lever, then adjust the legrest to the required
length and tighten the clamp lever
The horizontal adjustment works as follows:
•
Push the locking lever forwards.
•
by lifting or lowering the footplate receiver tube you can move the
legrest to the required position.
•
Release the locking lever; legrest locks into place automatically.
Never stand on the footplate and when
swinging it away, watch your fingers
as there is a risk of pinching.

To change seat, the legrest must be
swung away or removed. Never sit on
the legrest. Risk of tipping over!
3.5.3. Seat
Seat width
The seat width can be adjusted using the sideguards (Fig. 5).
Adjusting the sideguards is described in Chapter 3.5.5 Sideguards.
Make sure that both halves of the seat are adjusted
evenly.
Seat depth
The seat depth can be adjusted. You should then use a readjusted seat
cushion.
To adjust the seat depth, undo the backrest fixings, push the backrest
forwards or backwards and then re-tighten the screws (Fig. 06).
Seat angle - mechanical
This description only applies if you have a configuration with a me-
chanically-adjustable seat angle.
•
The default setting for the seat angle is 0° to the back.
•
The seat angle can be adjusted backwards in steps.
•
To do this undo the fixing screws on the telescopic profile under the
front of the seat.
•
Pull the screws out and adjust to the required seat angle (Fig. 07).
•
Put the screws into the next possible position and re-tighten them.
Please use medium-strength screw lock liquid to fix the screw nut
in place.
Backrest angle - mechanical
The backrest angle of your power wheelchair can be adjusted easily.
You also have the option of folding the backrest fully forwards.
