3. Description of Product and Con-
tents

3.1. Inspection on Delivery

All Bischoff & Bischoff GmbH products undergo a proper final inspec-
tion in our company and are labelled with the CE mark (see Chapter
3.3).
The wheelchair will be delivered in a special cardboard box at factory
settings. Keep the box after unpacking, if possible. It is useful for later
storage of the product or for sending it back.
Delivery and first instructions are taken care of by your qualified medi-
cal supply dealer.
If the product is shipped by rail or road, the goods should be checked
immediately for transport damages in the presence of the bearer.
Check the contents for completeness (see Chapter 3.2) and make sure
nothing is damaged. Should you find any irregularities or damage,
please contact our customer service. You can find the contact details
for Customer Service on the back cover of this instruction manual.
3.2. Contents
After receipt of the goods, please check the contents for completeness
right away. The contents consist of:
• outer packaging,
• wheelchair,
• legrests,
• charger,
• any accessories
• this Instruction manual
