Possible cause
1. Build-up of air

measuring device is full (a
maximum of 300 measurements
and events can be stored or in the
case of PWA a maximum of 260)
Measurement cancelled by
pressing a button
1. Residual pressure inside the
cuff
Troubleshooting
Measures
1. Check the cuff for a build-up of
air or a kink in the tube. If there is a
kink in the cuff tube, lay the tube
out. Otherwise, send the device in
immediately.
2. Connect the cuff to the device
(see chapter 3.3.5 "Cuff
connection")
3. If necessary, replace the cuff or
connecting tube.
Delete the data in the blood
pressure monitor but make sure
that the data has been saved (see
chapter 3.4.2 "Clearing the
memory").
Repeat the measurement
1. Wait for the cuff to deflate
completely.
