NOTICE
• The specified maintenance intervals are guidance values and refer to
single-shift operation.
Observe the provisions of EN 60974-4 Inspection and testing during the
operation of arc welding equipment plus any national laws and regulations.
We recommend basic cleaning once a week. The type and frequency of
cleaning shall be determined and established by the operator of the welding
system. Clean weld spatter from the torch head daily. In the case of heavy weld
spatter build-up, clean during each welding break.

WARNING
Risk of injury
Serious injuries may be caused by parts swirling around.
• When cleaning the wire guide with compressed air, always wear
personal protective clothing, in particular safety goggles.
1 Disconnect the cable assembly (9) on the machine side and lay it out
straight.
2 Unscrew the nut (6).
3 Pull out the liner or PA liner and replace this if necessary.
4 Remove the wear parts (10), (11) from the torch neck (2).
5 Clean the wire conduit (3) from both sides with compressed air.
6 Slide the adjusted liner or PA liner into the wire conduit (3) and secure it
with the nut (6).
7 Connect the cable assembly (9) on the machine side to the wire feeder.

1 Remove the gas nozzle (1).
2 Remove any welding spatter and spray the torch with anti-spatter fluid.
3 Check the wear parts (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) for visible damage and
replace them if necessary.
4 Replace the equipment kit if worn or soiled.
