Care and maintenance

Please keep attention to the current
safety regulations at all care and main-
tenance works.
The machine requires minimum of care
and maintenance. Only a few items
should be checked to ensure a trouble
free long term operation:
22.1

Check regularly

‰ Check the following points for damage before starting
up the welding machine:
– Mains plug and cable
– Welding torch and connections
– Ground cable and connection
 Once or twice a year please clean the machine with
dry low compressed air. Switch off the machine
and pull out the plug first. Blow the compressed air
through the front cooling ribs. Do not open the ma-
chine.
 Never blow the compressed air through the cooling
ribs at the back side of the machine, because the in-
ternal fan could be damaged.

damaged.
Please contact the Lorch-Service in case

of problems or repairs at the machine.
Never repair the machine on your own. In
this case the manufacturers warranty is no
longer valid.

Disposal

Only for EU countries.
Do not dispose of electric tools together
with household waste material!
In observance of European Directive 2002/96/EC on
waste, electrical and electronic equipment and its imple-
mentation in accordance with national law, electric tools
that have reached the end of their service life must be
collected separately and returned to an environmentally
compatible recycling facility.
