General product maintenance
Do a check of the hose connections. Do a check of all hoses on
the product for damages or leakage.
Make sure that the dust hoses are not damaged and free of
blockage.
Make sure that the dust collector is empty and connected correct-
ly.
Do a check of the grinding discs for damages and wear.
Do a check of the emergency stop button.
Do a check of the brush strip.
Make sure that the power cord and extension cable are in good
condition and not damaged.
Do a check of the RCD.
Do a check of the cylinder rubbers of the diamond plates.
Clean the product with a moist cloth.

To clean the product

• Always clean all the equipment after use. Use a
vacuum cleaner.
• Do not use a high-pressure washer to clean the
product.
• Keep the air openings clean and clear to make
sure that the product always has sufficiently cool
temperature.
• After wet grinding, clean the brush strip with water.
Make sure that the remaining mixture of dust and
water is fully removed.
WARNING:
to clean below the grinding head.
Drive system for grinding head
The drive system for the grinding head is a closed
system. If you have problems with the drive system
of the grinding head, speak to your Husqvarna service
agent.
To do a check of the brush strip
• Make sure that the brush strip is not damaged and
that it seals tightly against the floor.
To do a check of the cylinder rubbers
1. Do a check if the diamond plates have too much
space in the cylinder rubbers.

2. If there is too much space, tighten the bolt (A) or
replace the cylinder rubbers (B).
3. Install 2 cylinder rubbers to have a more rigid
grinding head. Refer to the service manual more
information.
To reset the product
1. Disconnect the power plug.
2. Wait 5 minutes.
3. Start the product, refer to
control panel without speed adjustment on page 42 .

If the product does not start, speak to an
approved service agent.
