Cause
There is an error on the encoder feedback.
The output contactor cannot open.
Short circuit or grounding at the output of the
product.
The option card does not connect to the
product.
The power card is different from the memory
card.
The power card is not compatible with the
control card.
The internal cards do not connect.
The internal data does not agree with the
product.
The software that is installed the product is
not recognized.
The installation of the software to the product
is not complete.
The power supply for the product is not cor-
rect.
The measurements of the current is not cor-
rect.
Solution
Make sure that the number of pulses and the
encoder type are correct.
Do a check of the encoder.
If necessary, change the direction of rotation
of the motor.
Do a check of the contactor and the cable
connection of the contactor.
Do a check of the feedback circuit.
Do a check of the cable connections be-
tween the product and the motor and the
insulation of the motor.
Go to "DIAGNOSTICS" in the menu on the
keypad. Do the diagnostic test.
Do a check of the electromagnetic field in the
environment.
Do a check of the cable connections be-
tween the option card and the product.
Make sure that no more than 2 option cards
have been installed on the product.
Replace the option card.
Do a check of the product, repair if necessa-
ry.
Do a check of the power card.
Do a check of the internal cable connections.
Do a check of the product, repair if necessa-
ry.
Calibrate the product.
Do a check of the software.
Stop the product and do a reset of the prod-
uct.
Do a check of the power supply.
Replace the current sensors or the power
card.
