Cause
The input step does not operate correctly.
The sensor for the temperature of the prod-
uct does not operate correctly.
The electronic time is not correct.
The internal microprocessor is defective.
The values in "SETTINGS" and "MOTOR
CONTROL" in the menu on the keypad, are
not correct.
The product operates slowly or the load is
too high.
There is a mechanical lock.
The safety function "Power removal" is de-
fective.
Short circuit or grounding at the output of the
product.
There is leakage of ground current at the
output if 2 or more motors are connected in
parallel.
The product does not operate correct or the
load is too high.
There is no signal from the encoder feed-
back.
The power of the motor is not correct for the
product.
The motor is not connected to the product.
Solution
Go to "DIAGNOSTICS" in the menu on the
keypad. Do the diagnostic test.
Do a check of the product, repair if necessa-
ry.
Replace the temperature sensor.
Do a check of the product, repair if necessa-
ry.
Do a check of the product, repair if necessa-
ry.
Stop the product and do a reset of the prod-
uct.
Do a check of the product, repair if necessa-
ry.
Do a check of the values.

Do a check of the cables between the drive
to the motor.
Go to "DIAGNOSTICS" in the menu on the

Reduce the switch frequency of the power
supply.
Connect chokes in series with the motor.
Make sure that the motor is stable.
Add a braking resistor to the motor.
Do a check of the of the motor, product and
load.
Do a check of the cable connection between
the encoder and the product.
Do a check of the encoder.
Make sure that the motor is compatible with
the product.
Do a check that the motor is connected when
you operate with auto-turning.
If an output contactor is used, close it when
you operate with auto-turning.
