For a complete overview of faults and how to resolve
them, scan the scannable code on the inverter on the
front of the frequency drive.
• Read the error codes and refer to

Error codes 1
Cause
There is an error on analog input A12.
The value for the speed is not the same in
the encoder and the motor.
There is too much load to the braking resis-
tor.
The brake feedback connection does not
agree with the brake logic control.
Short circuit on the output from the braking
unit.
The load relay control is defective or the
charging resistor is damaged.
The charging connection is defective.
The mechanical coupling of the encoder is
defective.
The control card does not operate correctly.
The power card does not operate correctly.

Solution
Do a check of the cable connection of analog
A12.
Do a check of the value for the signal.
Make sure that the motor is stable.
Add a braking resistor to the motor.
Do a check of the motor, load and product.
Make sure that they agree.
Do a check of the mechanical coupling and
the cable connection of the encoder.
Make sure that the braking resistor has be-
come cool. Do a check of the braking resist-
ance.
Do a check of the circuits for the brake feed-
back and the brake logic control.
Do a check of brake.
Do a check of the cable connections in the
brake unit and the braking resistor.
Do a check of braking resistor.
Stop the product and then start the product.
Do a check of the internal cable connections.
Do a check of the product, repair if necessa-
ry.
Do a check of the mechanical coupling of the
encoder .
Do a check of the electromagnetic field in the
environment.
Stop the product and do a reset of the prod-
uct. Go to factory settings.
